In Barr, at the foot of the Kirchberg Grand Cru, set out on a fun, sensory, and interactive journey through the Alsatian vineyards. Here, you’ll observe, touch, smell, taste… and above all, play!
Through quizzes, soil samples, and scents, explore the connections between grape varieties, geology, and terroir. It’s a simple and lively way to understand what makes each terroir unique, all while discovering the town’s landscapes and history.
A participatory experience punctuated by tastings and encounters, enriched by my perspective as a sommelier and competition judge.
